There is no definite information about the impact of the hyperconnection times we are living on our health, but I am sure there is.
Our wellness
is in risk and we should be much more concerned about the time we spend
watching a screen, listen to an audio or browsing.
I would
like to suggest a few things that may help you, as they help me.:
- Put a time restraint to access your cell phone, particularly the options related to internet.
- If you can go and talk with someone, do it, instead of sending them a message.
- At every 45 minutes, stop and look at nature or the horizon.
- Every now and then, unplug yourself completely… eh, remember to warn members of your family and friends about that.
- Go simple! Even with your equipment, particularly if you don’t work with it.
- Go happy! Find happiness within, from nature or from other people, in person.
Remember:
maybe the effects are not visible, but I am sure you will feel much better in
terms of your physical and mental health.
