What is true: do you
create your future or the future
creates you?
Normally, future creates the person, which means two
things: first, external situations and the environment shape their future lives
and, second, worries of possible future
scenarios create an unbearable pressure.
Passively, they just respond to whatever comes to them, trying their
best to adapt to those circumstances.
However, leaders are change agents who generate the
future. Every time a leader makes a
decision, have a dialogue with someone or work on a project, she or he is
changing not only their own path, but also the future where they all will live.
